He might not flaming as much as around the time he was pbanned but I still can't say he is the most respectful person.
Also my friends who is active on the server have been telling me that he is still doing whatever or saying whatever when admins aren't on.
I just don't think he is admin material.

as a admin you need to explain ppl what they did wrong so english is one of the importent things you need when you want to be a admin. So it is not really a off-topic but your english is ok i can understand it but i think some ppl cant.

Pban is the big thing but I think how you change when you come back is the most important thing.
You were still aggressive as you were before when you came back to the server 3,4 months ago.
One guy say 'noob' (which happens alllll the time) then you went "1vs1? I can beat you in dm. ~blah blah blah~ HAHAHA NOOB SAYS!
These types of conversations are definitely in logs if you check like 2 months ago.
You're behaving well and friendly when you're applying for admins don't make me think you finally turned into a respectful person.
I just don't think you fit in this position since you seem not handle critics/trolls well.
