NEW MINERAL ADDED! 1.3 UPDATED*

I was reading the change log for minecraft and I seen they added a new ore. Emerald!
This is more rare then diamond and only spawns in the extreme hills biome between levels 2-32
This has no use YET except it can be traded with villagers (also new feature)

Also they added enderchests which the items inside are teleported to any enderchest you open
Also, Also, they add pyramids and much more!

I also heard that the next pre-release might have tripwires. That in addition with the dispenser's new ability to use liquids should be really interesting for mob grinders and traps. I'm really curious as to how bukkit will handle ender chests though.

My Guess will be Ender Chests will not be part of multiplayer, unless you can make each chest personal to the player that placed it. So Bukkit will not really have to worry a lot about it, if thats true.

It would be customized to each person, as in put in a log and the server will know what player had what, no need for a sign

It says ender chests are a part of smp, plus single player and multiplayer are now the same coding wise so ender chests will be there. The personal thing might be what bukkit will do though.

There Is a mew golden apple that takes gold blocks. so if you make some now you can have the enchantments.

They just added more, now jungle temples, tripwires, lowered 50 enchant to 30 (only 15 bookcases now) easier to level up, now emerald blocks AND ADVENTURE MODE!
