BUILDIA: (Cfg addon for testing and building in singleplayer

Meh i got bored, I decided to make another tree'd cfg addon :P

Buildia is like taking some of the features of the area 51 cheat server into your own client (Singleplayer).
Im tired of the server crashing when im in the middle of a build, So i hope this will give some of the nubs a place to minge,Spam, and Crash. (In their own singleplayer game)

(This is not like that FCONSOLE addon that went horrably wrong, And did shit to players. This addon is mainly for building and shouldnt be used to harm a player in any way :P)

Not bad. Must say though that a "nigger" secret command is a little unnecessary, and i have yet to see why half of these scripts look like they dont do anything.

This is utter garbage. Isn't even an "Addon" more like a sequential list of commands or configuration files.
