Let us do some math, which will take a long part of this post so I will include it in a code:

Second unban: June 6
Third unban: June 22

Time difference:
1st : 6 -2 = 4
2nd : 22 - 13 (when he was unbanned) = 9

Averaging this together
(9 + 4) / 2 = 6.5

Therefore, on average, you get banned in LESS than 7 days...
in my opinion
