>IMPORTANT< Custom content being deleted

Valve made an update that deleted ALL the custom content, it may not happens to everyone but it does to some, so, to make it clean, be sure that you make a copy of your hl2mp folder BEFORE launching the game, just in case your custom content get deleted.
Gaben has apperently fucked the things up again.

Otherwise...For the ones who already launched their games without any save or copy are in deep shit, to get all the custom back that is not from A51.I remelber that one day all my mods for New vegas disappeared by an update, I was like O_O wtf.I know this feeling.

OMG Thank you, I just launched the game and lost all my stuff from my laptop, but I don't have any custom things like huds and cfgs and all that on my laptop. Its all on my computer, so I need to make a backup of my stuff now on my computer so I don't lose it. Thank you for the heads up.

When you are in the half-life 2: deathmatch folder, you will see, a folder called "download", WHERE ALL YOUR "cough cough*hax*cough cough* FILES WILL BE THERE!!!1

I saw Daddy requesting the hud, which was used in this video, so here it is.

HUD FROM VIDEO (BLUE):

You'll need winrar to install it
How to Install:
- Extract the file to your desktop
- Now you'll have a folder called "Kez's HUD WHITE or BLUE"
- Open the folders, until you see two folders called:
- resources & scripts
- Take these two folders, and put them in to:
- Steam/steamapps/common/Half life 2 deathmatch/hl2mp/custom/my_custom_stuff < Myback read the update changes and told me about this.
- Place them here and if anything comes up, and want's to overwrite something say yes.

For the people who want's to use the white one, You'll see another folder with scripts, and resources called: "NEED TO INSTALL THIS FONT"
Open it right click on the font, and choose Install.

----BOTH HUDS----

Open up the resources folder and you'll see alot of shit, just open the folder called FONT, and select all of the fonts, right click on them and press install.

WARNING!

The hud decreases your chat box size, which can be fucking annoying, to avoid this goto resources/UI and throw "BaseChat" away.

make maps in hl2 regular, and poop the .bsp into hl2dm.
Hl2 > Hl2dm, all valid except for the info_player_starts.

I haven't tried but, using csgo authoring tools could work. csgo uses the same vpk version as SteamPipe hl2dm so it's worth a try until official SDK update/hl2dm authoring tool comes.
