But this punishment is enough for people who abuse kids or something like this.

But in Germany this punishment doesn't exist

From my point of view, death penalty have only to be used on the most extreme crimes when state's economy is at the lowest.Because imprisoning a criminal in prison is harsh, for the criminal AND for the state that has to pay the food, the clothes, and all along with it.But also, having a criminal in prison can make the ocuntry better, as he can build roads, hospitals or orphanages without being payed (Only in the US as it seems, not in France).But in my point of view, capital punishement should be reserved to very, very extreme crimes when the criminal is condamned to stay 294 years in prison or something like this.Otherwise it don't worth it, because the suspected criminal could be an innocent and if the mistake is discovered he will be free, instead of being dead and un-freeable.Also, if the criminal is really guilty, then he will have, in prison, the ability and the offer to think about his acts, think that it was wrong to do the crime he did, think about what he did and then he could take a "new start" or make a "redemption" when he's free.Prison is a wonderful thing that offer to people that was gone in a bad way an exeptionnal chance to think about what they did and take a new start with new ideas and projects at the end.For usre, here it was the exemple of a "good" case, and everyone can do it, even the mafia boy or the poor 'gangsta".But some cases can turn bad and go back to prison just after being free'd, or make more crimes and then not being taken back again.

An equal thing would be to not apply death penalty at the first prison time, but to offer a chance to the criminal by offering him a "new start", but then if after he get free'd he begin his crimes again, then it should be the death penalty for him.Clean, fast and equal solution.
