Why Should he get banned: he PvP-Logged in combat so i have pics of both of those.

So you want me to ban someone for disconnecting? How about just dont fight and focus on building, which is wat the server was intended for.

Well he stays there he regens and tps to his faction home, and life isnt all nice there is always going to be war. Ant no matter how hard you try.

Wouldn't it make sense to disable PvP then? I've seen quite a few threads and problems caused by PvP on this server.

how about disable PvP in Wilderness but keep options to enable/disable PvP in towns?
