Shop - Furnace "Glitch"

Well... apparently there was a major loophole in the money system of the spawn shop. It involved buying cobblestone for $1 each and selling furnaces at $20 each. Since a furnace only requires 8 cobblestone, thats a profit of $12 per furnace without even leaving the spawn shop.

Here's a table showing the number of furnaces players sold and the profit they made:


I'm sure yet how I deal with this "glitched" money since most of it has already been used to buy items or town land.

Although some people did it without using the exploit, remove money earned from selling furnaces. I'll lose 10k on it, and i mined all my cobblestone, but it's the only way to make sure nobody glitched their way to money. If people don't have all the money just take what you can (maybe some diamonds or other valuable stuff )

Nah, i'll be nice because it is partially my and nick's fault since we set up the prices. Most of the accounts don't even have that much money in them to subtract the glitched money because it was either spent or given to other players. It has been this way since we set up the old world.

That was only from the log since the start of this new world. It was done 1000s of times before on the old world also but thats not included.
