i forgot my cracked accounts password and can't login and my new account that will have premium will be a different account, so is that still considered multiple account usage, also i asked ant or nick to destroy my house so i will have nothing to go back to, i will start from 0 and work up. is that multiple account usage? please answer

Technically, not really. If you got a second account that is premium with a new IGN, it isn't a second account even though it is the same person. Just make a whitelist request with your second account's IGN and tell th to remove your first account that was cracked. Don't worry, you're not the first person to do this.
