Requesting Temp Mod Status.

I'm requesting to be a temporary moderator for the server, kinda like a 1 week mod tryout I guess you would say. There needs to be authority on the server, When griefing happens someone needs to be there and whenever I'm not out camping or going on trips every other weekend I'm at my computer checking the server map watching what happens and who says what but I cant intervene because I don't have the right to do so. Alot of people are going to say "Oh no don't do this he'll temp ban everyone he doesn't like or pisses him of" This is not true, just because I don't like you or you piss me off doesn't give me the right to temp ban, What does give me the right to temp ban/kick is griefing, stealing, hacks/illegal mods and etc. Ant, and Nick, I hope you will at least consider giving me a chance even after some of the stuff I've done like using said illegal mods ( even though I admitted to using them ) and arguing with people over pointless stuff.
