The True / Jacobad issue

Okay, from what I can gaher transgressions have been made on both sides of the True and Jacobad conflict. Seeing as all civility has been lost in these proceedings, I thought I might pose a suggested end compromise:

$2000 (half of the $4000 True put in Jacobad's town bank) will go to True, along with whatever supplies he may have in chests marked as his.

Jacobad keeps $2000 of the $4000 from the town bank, and can keep all the buildings and lands made or worked on by True.

In addition, True must leave Jacobad's town and cannot be made town assistant in that town. True can either make his own town or become a resident in an existing town. He loses all rights to be in Jacobad's town and no longer owns any building in Jacobads city.

Any charges/reports that either has against the other is nullified and cancelled.

Finally, neither may argue with the other about this issue on forums or in the minecraft chat.

I think this is a good solution that fixes the issues both sides have presented equally.

I only got 3k from the town bank he took the other 1k and i didn't take his stuff in chests but other than that I think this should happen.

Money has been exchanged, objects have been retrieved, and True has switched towns. Now everything should be over with. (hopefully)

A modernized version of the gag effect and true fell for it. Those who dont learn history are doomed to repeat it. [Or screw up worse than the people who did it first. ]
