According to how I read the previous posts, he is completely fine in doing that? Because the fact that it's intentionally tricking someone before they have time to react seems to negate the argument that one knows when they are entering the wilderness or a town with PvP enabled....
actually sneak attack dosent work as well as it used to now that armors are stronger and weapons are weaker, id say put on at least iron armor[diamond works too] and a diamond sword.
I had on a full new diamond armor set. He dropped me from what must have been at least 75 blocks, judging on how long I fell...
