Ok i can reccomend a few things
reinstalling Windows xp or 7 will count how many times you used it on the CD so i don't reccomend if you can you can get ubuntu Linux 100% Free also theres not many hackers out there BUT you will have to be aware that alot of games wont work on linux (YET)
Ok if you have norton there is one norton Tool thats not many people are aware of if the normal norton scanner does not find a virus Use This Program Called Norton Power Eraser Link below
