I think you should maybe just clean up your application, not just a simple "yes" but in complete sentences. Other than that I think Morpheus is an OK candidate.

idk wat to say morphs... you are out of control sometimes in area51.. you dont follow the rulez you spam when ever an admin isnt around, and you completely crazy to apply for admin...

If you have been waiting so long to apply, then maybe you application should reflect that. Also, like some others have said, getting rid of noobs is not an admin's job. In fact, i want new people on the server to keep it full and enjoyable. I know you said, noob = people breaking rules, but admins should be there to inform them of the rules, not just "get rid of them".
