Okay, so I was out wandering around near chazter18's town when I fell and died. When I tp'd back to the spot, chrisjose had taken all of my shit. He then refused to give anything that was mine back, and instead gave me shit tools that were about to break. I had all new diamond tools that I had literally just made a few minutes before, as well as two buckets of lava, a stack of cooked pork, a quarter-stack of stone, and other various tools and shit. He is extremely rude on top of that, and claimed that he didn't steal any of my stuff because "he could make 100 diamond tools if he wanted to," and then started using my tools in front of me, when he hadn't had diamond tools before. Something needs to be done, he's fucking stolen about $2500 worth of stuff (if you assume that diamonds are $225 each and I need 11 to make a full series of tools). Either ban the kid, or have him fricken pay me for what he took!

what BS i gave you back what i had of your's i never used tools in front of you so that's a lie also even if i did take your stuff it's your lost mate it's not listed in any rules that if you find stuff that people dropped you have to give it back so it's nothing more than bad luck also i will add you where very rude to me mate also there has been no rules broke but i will add if there is a rule about this please tell me admin but as far as i know there is not nuff said please lock this topic admin

Who fucking cares? You died in SMP so all of your stuff was fair game anyway. You should probably go play Secret Agent Barbie if you can't take having your virtual (and worthless) items being stolen. But you probably won't understand that it doesn't matter if anyone took your stuff in minecraft because you are most likely autistic. Have fun in the special school.

Your most important stuff should be locked in chests, not in ur inventory.

They were items I was using out in the wilderness, ie. tools.

And MLGPro, it's the fact that he stole it from me. If I had lost it just because it disappeared, then I'd agree with you. But I could have gotten these items back, but couldn't because Hawk stole them. The only things he left were my wood and seeds and other worthless stuff. And I don't appreciate your rude and demeaning tone, so I'd appreciate that you back off.

Whenever someone dies and someone else near them picks up their stuff, it is common courtesy for the items to be returned. In fact, most of the time, when the items aren't returned, major arguments break out (such as this), and PvP fighting ensues. I just thing that Hawk was disrespectful in his actions, especially in denying that he had my tools and then using them in front of me.

I just want my stuff back.

Ok well you need to understand that I am not going to ban people for taking your stuff. You died and dropped it so it is free game. People should be nice enough to return it but I will not force them to do that. When I get on the server just ask me and I'll you get some of the tools back.
