Area 51 Servers

I thought I'd just stop by the forums, first time in a while.

2014 has honestly been a crap year for me, but eh.
Life's full of fun... and full of shit too. You get the best and worst of things.

I now have a completely new computer, revamped.

$1,200, 1920x1080 Full HD Output Display, Intel Core I7, ATI Radeon HD 8300, 500 GB HDD, 2.7 GHz, Dual Core Dell.

I think I could handle some of the maps I lagged on before. xD anyways, how's everyone been?

1. It's a Linux, I'm still getting used to trying to check out the full specs.
2. I lived in Nashville at the time, pretty much everything you buy there is a rip off, not like you had much choice lol

Hey, welcome back to the forums. I have four more weeks of college and then I'm off for a month. We have started a TF2 race server from the recent update of Halloween (bumper cars).

Cool. This is the first computer I've had that can actually handle tf2 so i'll check those out sometime.

Not surprised by the HL2DM thing, but I'll still go there too. After all, it's been about a year or maybe two since I've played longtime, and even with some of the past... issues, I've never forgotten my steam roots, and that is Area 51 HL2DM.

I didn't even know that some i7 processor's had duo cores, I thought they had to be quad core minimum. xD

Next time if you're buying a PC, don't go to your local PC Hardware store, shop online, much cheaper and at least you know what you're getting for the price you're paying, next time just ask on here, I'm pretty sure people will help you on this forum.
