I'd advise you to work on your reason and make sure your steam id looks a bit like this.

Steam ID's on TF2 are now the "Unique ID" format. That ID is correct and is what is shown when you type "status" in console.

You can also see the ID's on the Ranklist

It's the new Steam3 ID.

Don't worry about it, it's very new and Valve hasn't really talked about it either.
