The main selling point here seems to bet that you're active.
Which with the large amount of inactive admins is actually pretty valuable

I haven't seen him much (mostly my own inactivity x.x) but he seems alright from the
little bit I've talked with him.

I don't see why he can't be an admin. But might want to start him out as trial.
