all my stats are gone !

Dear Ant and NIck I have played Deathrun for a long time when i recently came back under a new name (same account) I realised to my disheartened try all my things were gone my points,hours and as if that's not bad enough i lost my donator items I would like to firmly resolve this and ask that an admin contact me as soon as possible through steam message thank you <3

Did you lost connection to steam/steam friends at all? If so, when you rejoin the server with a connection to steam, your stats and donator stuff will be enabled.

When you lost connection to steam, your SteamID is not passed to the server. All of you stats and donator stuff is loaded based on this ID.

Also, you are not on the donator list. Do you mean presents/points? Please confirm in steam if you think this is an error.
