He has 0 hours and he was totally disregarding me, I typed in chat and he ignored me. I told him "You can't make a second account to avoid a ban" He just ignored me....

It's a totally different person, it's not epic. Lately a lot of deathmatch players, have begun to play on DR.
His real in-game name is Levittoux, Evo & Epic are just wannabeing him.
Levi is from Germany/Poland & the two cousins are from Austria.

Lets look at the facts he had 0 hours it just so happens that his name is speedy written in wingdings, and he was totally disregarding that I was talking to him. (idk if he has sound or not)

Just ban both. Don't waste time tracing IPs which were made different and traceable for reasons like this.

I am, 100% sure. Levi is not Epic nor Evo. "Speedy" is a clan they made.

I dont like the "tone" of your replies so you can stay banned. You can use another account, but if found out and you do something wrong, ull just be banned again.
