Trial Admin is made for applicants whose we don't exactly know their activity.
He may be lying about his age (And alot did in the past applying here) but only maturity toward people of this server during his adminship counts (In my point of view).

I think he still deserves TA.
We don't need so much admins, but summer is coming, and along with it alot of players, and more the numbers of players is high, more troublemakers there will be.
I don't want to stand in a specific side about this; but I try to have a larger viw of that situation and to be tolerant.
