I only use it on the lowest settings possible and everything off on low so I can get a lot fps. Usually around 9-20 fps. Not too bad.

If it's true that he shares his account with his brother than I have even a bigger reason to vote no.
I doubt that Ant would even consider adding a guy who shares his account with his little immature brother. The chances that the little brother might abuse could be dramatically high, duo to brother and brother issues(fighting are common between brothers). If his little brother is mad at Pech someday then he could simply just log into his steam account and fuck the server up with admin commands.
