Area 51 Servers

Dear gamers.

I really need the area 51 server back online. It has been shut down by GLU. (gamespy)
As this game depends on gamespy to let multiplayer work, it is now impossible to play the game online.

Is there a way to get the servers back online? GLU says the servers are down because they do not have support by Midway anymore to let the server stay online.

PLease help me. Can we modify the game to make it undependable from Gamespy?

Can we get this game back online?

Please HELP! A lot of players want this game back online!!!!!

This is Area 51 Servers and we host servers on Half-Life 2 & TF2 (on Steam) and Minecraft.

Yes I know that but it is just a question!

Because you people know a lot about this game- server things.

I just want some advice if it is possible in any way to get the game back online!

I'm afraid it's not possible. I don't have the game so, unless there's some LAN party mode, you can do nothing, but if there is, try Evolve or Tunngle... or if you want to play only with your friends - Hamachi.
