Papabears New map (Preview)

Here are some picture of the map I am making, just wondering what you guys think. Tell me what you think is wrong with it, if it is too dark, if you dont like the textures because they both your eyes or anything bad about it. Just tell me everything you hate about it, if you like this map so far you can tell me that too, but I am mostly trying to hear bad things about it so I can make it better. This is a plain map, its fairly short maybe its like alittle longer than the minecraft pyrmaid map in how long it is to the end, but this one is split into 3 different zones. Right now it only has 1 ending and it's the Old ending.
NOTE: I did not put the traps in yet so there is no buttons in the combine zones or anything.

Also, I understand my map is kinda ugly, and its lame, but its my first map and I am not experienced at this in anyway, so please don't be too harsh, just want to know what you think looks bad about my map so far. :)
Also as you can see in some of the pictures, the map is nice to your computer. It has good FPS, I was on my laptop that sucks really bad where I normally get like 20-30 FPS but on there I got like over 50 FPS.

You get 50 fps because this map doesn't contain a lot of entities as I guess.
More entities = more lag.
If you need any more help just ask me.
For a first map well done but when you gain more knowledge try making it better. :P

Yeah, probably. I didnt add the entities for the combine buttons yet so thats probably why.

The entities that make you lag the most are lights and logical entities.

I doubt logic entities make you lag. One of my scripts uses like 300 of them and I never felt lag when using it.

So how comes I get a huge fps increase while removing 80% of my entities in the first version of metal_city?
I'm not telling you're unskilled, but it does make you lag IF AND ONLY IF it asks tons of loads of outputs and it's an open area with water.

Yea, it sure lags if you make a lot of them fire outputs at once. But the entities itself do not cause lag is my point.

Textures are unusual but it's fine for a first map, and it will add to the map his own charm, surely :D

A little bit more lighting for the combine area to see the buttons, otherwise it is fine :) !
