Switch to spec, and he will be auto-kicked after 5 rounds. The admin team should know this already...

He isn't afk though. He is there and moves but delays... He just doesn't continue the map.

so switch anyway delaying is the same as afk for me

If no Admins are online.. nobody can do anything so all the time switching (every round) isn't the 'perfect' solution..
