We are playing Snowman right now and he's just staying in spawn.. Admins were not doing anything until he got 5/6 votekick.
Then he only got kicked and now he's doing it again... But none of the admins have balls to ban him.

It was pretty harder for Papabear and me to Show him "how to crouch-jump" .

Now he tried to be careful as well and stay back in every situations.. Sometimes it looks like he's delaying the Gameplay but he is just scared for example to get pwned by a snowman.

This Player dont Know much of Half life so i think ban is Too hard... :I

For admins, regardless if the person would be your friend (not that anyone said he was anyone's friend, but just to make a point) or he is new, you should go ahead with prodecure if he is staying in spawn. Maybe he is foreign??

Yeah he's on a lot but he really not understanding that he has to crouch, he just tries jumping. I am not sure he speaks English or maybe to young to read it maybe someone older owns the account (father or older brother) and lets the younger child play maybe he's age 3-5. And can't read what we say but old enough to understand the walking and spacebar to jump but not knowing crouch? My baby brother is like this too when I let him play. I put him in a server alone running the dm maps so he doesn't delay you guys. Maybe that's there situation, but I don't know..

He isn't afk though. He is there and moves but delays... He just doesn't continue the map.

This game is 17+ in some places in the world (idk why 17, maybe alyx's fault with sexyidle animation but meh)
He will probably learn the game more and he will not delay roleplayers.
