I kinda agree with "Daddy's logic" : Communication is,before skills and intelligence,one of the best way for an admin to convince a rule-breaker player to stop,before using any commands.

I think u know who I am. Im Phil and i was admin on the server before. so u know...im able to talk with them 24/7. I can advice players but if there are other admins im the lowest one of the conversation.

the BEST admins are the ones who rarely have to use their commands, because their presence alone in the there is enough to keep players in line.
