Server Status - Lag Spikes

The lag spikes should be fixed tomorrow (Nov. 19) around 2-5pm EST. Our ISP is now getting involved to solve the problem.

Edit: Most likely the servers will remain offline until this time, since the lag spikes are causing the SQL ranklist data to be corrupted when inputted into the database.

Are the servers still down? I haven't been able to connect for several days, I haven't even been able to access the forums, but, today I finally got access to the forums (still unable to connect to any of the servers) so I decided to check adminstats. According to adminstats, people have been playing all the time. So, is adminstats bugged because of server issues or is both of my computers having some sort of local difficulties?

The dates on admin stats are not correct since the server has not been on 24/7 (dates shift at midnight). The server are back on for now and may go down 1 more time today. However, the last update to HL2DM seems to make the game just crash on startup.

Updates to Team Fortress 2, Day of Defeat: Source and Half-Life 2: Deathmatch have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:
Source Engine Changes (TF2, DoD:S, HL2:DM)
Fixed a client crash in the sound emitter
They forgot "Added a client crash"

Gaben released another update today fixing hl2dm (took him long enough... :roll: )

When I saw 'fixed client crash' in the details, I didn't even need to connect to know it would crash.
