Proxy. If proxies are blocked as well, try using a secure connection (https). That usually does the trick.

Nope, neither work.
Pretty good security really.
IP connection doesn't work, proxies don't work, and https don't work.
It's pretty shitty.
EDIT: Just tried like 5 different proxy sites, they are all blocked.
