RAM Upgrades

Because of the amount of ram minecraft uses, we have just got an awesome deal on ebay for an addition of 4gb ddr2 ram!! The cheat/minecraft server box will be 5gb ram and the deathrun will be upgraded to 3gb ram!

Ram will be installed in the upcoming week or less when it comes in.

Thank you to all the donators and this is by far the fastest server we have ever built!

Donator packs will also be available for minecraft in the future. Stay tuned for more :P

If you must add donator perks at least try to keep them cosmetic. (Don't need people begging donators to place their fire and water for them.)

I know deathrun doesn't need more but, why have ram sticks laying around when you can utilize most of what you got. The last dell optiplex came with 4 ram cards of 512mb (sort of stinks but w.e.). There are only 4 slots on the motherboard. We purchased 2 cards with 2gb of ram each on them (maximum for each slot on the system). This would move two cards out and because there are two more slots available on the deathrun box, we will put those cards on the deathrun. Potentially, each computer could go to up 8gb of ram, which is obviously way to much.

Probably.. But when minecraft takes most of it... :/

anyways if u say they're same.. what's against hosting it on Dr box.

Same motherboards I meant. Deathrun usually has more players and runs the website so I want to keep it balanced. Minecraft uses a lot of CPU also so I don't want the website to slow down.

Also, the cheat server has a SATA harddrive unlike Deathrun's ATA harddrive. This is because the deathrun box is the small factor form of the dell optiplex. The Cheat server is the desktop size so it can fit the bigger drive.
