Hello children,
after a while back, I learnt alot about mapping and have alot of acknowledgements for many peoples.

The map has been renamed to deathrun_thunder.
The goal was the same as my previous versions of amazing_v1 and v2.
I said I would do a bright map, I changed my mind.

Updates of the map:
-Major improvement for lighting.
-Displacement has been made correctly.
-Traps are similar to v2.
-Kept soundscapes the same.
-Reduced props and detail effects.
-Reduced sound effects.
-Thunder Storm.
-Improved how map was built and reduce fps issues.
-Staright map.

Ur map amazing looks like a half story map of hl2 , nice work

Have you already lowered thunder volume :|
And can you edit it so instead of looping can it just be one long track with it so clearing the sound cache fixes it.

The thunder sound can't be lowered even if I turn volume down through ambient_generic. However, I've been adding 10 more sounds that will be be randomly playing by a logic_case and a logic_timer.
Also -

Map is compiling...
EDIT: The map is finished. Me and my beta testers will be testing in few minutes.
Also, shinobi, I tryed to lower the volume. I hope it is working.
Suggestions for the map is closed.
Also, this part is for ant and nick:
I will send you the vmf so you can make your stuff for server. I would like you to be careful since it's hard work. But I have complete confidence in you.
The map has been made with css engine, so I just ask you to convert map only. Thanks and I hope you'll like the map.

Also, read back my 1st post if, at all time, I edit it to add new stuff about the map. Keep in mind that the map is big and complex and for old computers it might lag you. However, I didn't forget it, and I did all my best to optimize the map and mad e the map smoothly and carefully so you don't have fps problems. If you still have fps problems, then buy a new computer. I kept in mind about ant's laptops.

Ok, so I tested the map and all works as I want. I just made a mistake on my logic_case and I had to fix it.

Ok, map is tested and all works. I am uploading link but I will upload it tomorrow at 7 am. Thanks for patience.

The map is ready. However, it needs to be converted. I don't know how to do, so I leave it for Ant and Nick. Thanks for the patience. The link will be ready in few minutes. Sorry for the delay given. Had a lot of work to do.

However it needs to be converted to hl2dm. I don't know how to convert. All stuff has been added to pakrat. Also, if you have problems, tell me and I will fix it.

PS: vmf is included in the rar file.
All is working.
Map is only playable on css for now.
The reason I remade the map with css engine is because it has more stuff.

Yes i like how you took down the fps lag just make your maps more simple not to advanced

Ok, I'll be starting the map today.
deathrun_fun was made in 4 days.
So I hope I won't spend too much time here as well, but you have some good results.
I'll try to get you the highest fps I can.
