If ant havnet been adding this I would come witch this one.

A new limit for combine. Wen there is 1 up to about 12 on the server there can only be 1 combine. wen there is over 12 the max limit on combine is 2... Wen there is less than 12 the last combine there joined will be switched back to rebels again.
