Yes.
He's active, speaks English fluently, friendly and wouldn't abuse. He never rages or trolls people and he's nice to new players, which is an important capability to have. One many of the current admins lack.
I think he would do good as an admin.

I want to say yes but then I'm not being fair to everyone else who I said yes or no too. Manlord you are a good friend but, I think you just would not be a good admin I can you abusing when someone just calls you moolord. So I have to say no
