Person crashing the server...

This guy crashed the DR server and i have proof that he did. I was wondering if there is a way to give him an ip ban so he wont be able to come in again.

He crashed it once then tried again and got banned. I was wondering if that ban stays. If it does not then please make it stay and try to do an ip ban.
I really hope there was a way to do an ip ban as an admin so then the hackers can not come back. Also out web based ban command(sm_permban) should have IP support so that the person can not enter with the same ip.

Most ppl have dynamic IPs so i never added it in to the permban plugin. The sm_ban permban will stay until the server crashes (usually once every 3 days cuz of random map load errors). I'll add his SteamID to the server.cfg
