Manlord is not doing anything wrong, if you don't like him mute him in the player option. I don't see any problem with people who tries to talk just to make things less empty.

Talking is not wrong but gets gag or mute then spam in admin chat for begging to get ungag/unmute is wrong.

And yes I DO mute him everytime because I know nothing will happen over reporting.

Well if he spams the chat after getting muted, I don't see how pmuting would help. Gag avoid = ban, not pmute.

The hole time im in the server while he is in, he just talks to people, like when someone asks him or something.

Theres nothing wrong with actually talking on the mic. Hmmm, who knew a mic could be used for other purposes than yelling and playing music? Im not gonna permmute or ban someone for talking and keeping the server non-quiet. Yes, he may say some weird shit or get annoying at times, but for the most part, he keeps a little more interesting. If you dont like it: Esc -> Player List -> Mute him.
