You need to re-download the map. For some reason the version u have is different.

Go to: C:\Program Files\steam\steamapps\account name\half-life 2 deathmatch\hl2mp\maps

and delete the gm_flatgrass_water_v4.bsp if it's there. Then try to join the server again.

Weird, windows vista and windows 7 are almost identical in terms of folder setup and i think there both (especially 7) better than XP for finding files/folders. Windows 7 overall is the best OS out of those 3 based on what i've seen since i have used all 3.
