This has not been proven yet...
You just got unbanned so that i can check if it is just your rates. The server is supposed to limit those rates by the commands sv_maxcmdrate and sv_maxupdaterate, so i still have some doubt that it just the game itself causing the increased packet flow. Be happy for now that your unbanned. Theres no way im gonna make someone who just got removed from a pban yesterday become admin today.
