Unfair ban on this server.

INGAME NAME: Sawno
STEAMID : Not saying untill you agree to unban me
Reason : Im a victim of bad admins read story

Story:

After beeing banned 2 times for (second time exactly) nothing i suggest you think twice before banning someone.
The first time i was on [GR] server i was jumping around a little.
I was looking at what others where doing and thats pritty mutch it.
Few spammers came by sometime and got banned or votebanned.
But then all of a sudden i got banned for spamming?¿?¿?
So haveing the power of 2 accounts i rejoined so if there was an admin i could explain that my ban was a false ban.
So i joined and all of a sudden the chat was like this.
Console : Hey sawno
Me : Hey
Console : (cant remember this exactly but it was something like) Bye bye
Me : WAIT!!!!

And then i got banned for exactly nothing.

And guess what?
They will probabbly perma ban me if they see me again because of that mistake an admin once made and now they will probabbly permaban this ip on the forum and delete this post.
But no guys im letting and getting my word out untill i get threated like a normal player should be threated.
Banning my forum ip will just make me laugh as i used a web proxy to do all activity.

So i hope none of you got the same experiance with the console admins because its just not fair and they seem to be very lasy in not checking out if someone spammed or not.

So again dont try to just delete this post and ban me on the forum i will just repost it again with a new account , email and ip.
I want clear answers and i want the others to be able to see this untill this is solved out.

Ok, Console = Server owners ( Ant & Nick )
So it can't be a normal admin.

Well hello Sawno/Synca,

You were not unfairly banned. I distinctly remember what happened when u joined our server and based on the banlist:

12/13/09 - 1:18:34PM - You (as Sawno) spammed props/scripts.
01/09/10 - 11:20:58AM - You (as Sawno) spammed props/scripts...again.
01/10/10 - 03:06:45PM - You (as Synca) continuously joined and crashed the server.

For all 3 of the events above, you had the same exact IP address (Netherlands), just different accounts.

The STEAMID's for the 3 accounts above and the last time they were used:
STEAM_0:1:11128182 - 30 minutes ago
STEAM_0:1:26830125 - 86 days ago
STEAM_0:1:29655729 - 27 days ago

So obviously the second 2 accounts are used just to mess with servers.

Anyway I highly doubt that we would just perm. ban people without just reason, and the only 2 people that have the power to perm. ban are the owners (Me and Nick). If you want to add me on steam, you can with username ant8490, but as of now we are definitely not removing your accounts from the banlist.

My opinion is he shouldn't be unbanned.

He has been banned on numerous occasions and even tried to come back with other accounts.

12/13/09 - 1:18:34PM - Me(as Sawno) got annoyed by all the noobs shooting me with guns (i know godmode but it was still annoying) so i ran a script to remove them.
01/09/10 - 11:20:58AM - Me (as Sawno) did nothing but got banned as soon as they saw my name.
01/10/10 - 03:06:45PM - Me (as undercovername Synca) continuously joined and crashed the server as revange to the noob admins who unfairly banned me before for 2 times.

Noob admins? Look at your self dude.. I hope you never get unbanned.
When I think about it, I believe that I have seen you nuke spammed... Maybe it was a other person.

They might be good scripters but most of them are just annoying, except Jon, Gottz, Blade, and maybe a few others. I do agree that giving scripts to noobs it useless because they will not learn that way, but other than that, i really don't care for the -[SaD]- clan that much - just my opinion.

And this is exactly why i (and probabbly alot of others) hate this server so mutch.
Instead of looking up the facts your making fun of a name (i thought of it in 3 secs ofc its bad) and comparing me with players i dont even know.
If thats how you think you need to be admin i suggest you go to a server where admins do know how to be admin and request them to learn you the basics.
I have seen alot of others servers where it goes like it should.
An admin comes INGAME (NO NOT YOUR RCON) and looks at the situation.
Then it desides what the most suitable punishment whould be for the player (instead of just permabanning right away).
He also doesnt punich other players (Sawo) for things i did or me for things he did.
We are not the same guy and i didnt even know the "SaD" clan.
All i can say is that this is a sad server with a good script (the autobuild maker) and that its nothing more then that.
I dont really care if i get unbanned or not because that wont change my opinion the server is crap.
I gave you a last chance to proof me wrong and again you showed me how bad things are here.

Its really sad how servers wich such good scripts are ruined by admins like this.
All i have to say about it and probabbly all i will ever say to this scripting community.

Well just from ur attitude alone you will not be unbanned. Also any simple search on google will explain how maps are protected and even the valve developer site tells you how to remove the protection. Doesn't take an expert to do that. Lastly, being that I am the owner of the server, I will run the way I want. I am open to suggestions but not from people like you. Based on your replies, I will not have any regret in keeping you permanenty banned.
