russains spamming the npc again and another noob

hello once again. im reporting noobs/russains (if i spelled that right) that are spamming the server and about to crash it they spawn em in mid air from the top in one long row going straight up and the russian shooting at the bottem with the other noob.

so i typed "status" in console and copied there ids as it is the whole thing below
