Reinvent the lag chat cmd

Why not add a cfg file to the server that has the commands in it.
At one time when you said "LAg" In any form in chat. It would ingite you then disconnect you. But then valve decided to be assholes and remade the source engine...... Therefore ruining the game. Heres a script that you could put in DF_Forcedownload.txt
ent_fire !self ignite
play Misc/a51/lag.wav
wait 600;retry

retry fails when you do es_cexec or es_sexec on the person because valve/steam deciced to rewrite the way the engine handles fake client commands sent from the server

Yeah, you can't force exec on clients.

Anyway, basically what i'm saying is, i'm not going to force exec on clients and make them download a script.
I also think that thats better than having the lag cmd.
