Yes its true i reconnected but this dont make me to a rulebreaker.
Many player start to do that and nobody say anything.

I try to be neutral to each other persons and yes i dont talk much cause it doesn't give situations to talk

I've seen him break a few rules (reconnected to avoid rebels getting points, mostly)
But, I haven't really heard him talk much.

Then stop being neutral. An admin needs to be able to take a position and defend it fiercely.

Yes i mean it too... i try to be a good admin but now i cant cause i dont be one. As an admin i have to watch out of players who break rules etc.

I completely disagree with you Shinobi.
And Phil, do not give up on his opinion. Just 1 opinion.
He used to talk a lot more before you joined the server. Maybe something changed his mind.
You are kinda like BoomBox,you say something really funny sometimes and you speak when you need/want to.
Not all players talk 24/7 on mic or chat just to stand out.
But I saw few times yesterday that he was telling server system to new players and also warning to players who was delaying games.　
Phil you are not neutral And what you did yesterday is very important and that's all matters imo.
You can make a great admin even if you are quiet like Chewie was.
He did break few rules but not all admins never break any rules in their past.
I believe he is trustworthy.
I trust since he gets an admin he can change completely.
