The best thing is to directly contact your computer manufacturer.

Greetings, Ayas lurker husband again.
Most definitely a driver issue.
Here are some things I think will probably fix it.

1. The laptop probably has a wired connection - connect it to the internet.

2. Download ccleaner and run the fixing tools
http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download.

3. Reboot. Turn off (uninstall is better) all antivirus software.
If you are running any other protection software (not msft windows defender/firewall) - uninstall it.

4. Run windows update - everything ESPECIALLY the optional ones

If still not working.....

5. Found this link earlier in the thread - download the wireless and intel (storage) drivers

It's not about me, it's about B.U.G there.

So don't derail the topic.

Your best shot at fixing this issue would be to recover your PC to fabric standards since you don't know alot from pc's. This is the easiest and best way to go.

So just save all your important files then restart your PC and press f11. Then further on just chose to restore your computer to fabric standard.

You can also run windows restore point. The restore point will restore your windows to a earlier state. So you could in a example just restore your windows to a point where you didn't have blue screens.

I'll ask him to reply when he wakes up.
He said Travis's suggestion is absolutely the last thing to do and it doesn't fix anything though :/

You just bought the computer, right?

You still got a warranty on it?

Send them back the computer so they can investigate the issue, I don't see why it would crash at this state.

Lol, resetting the machine to fabric standard fixes every kind of virtual error he has. The only thing it can't fix is if the device itself is broken.
