Spamming nukes

I was in the spawn server just minutes before I posted this and a guy came in and mentioned that he could crash the server. I challenged him (stupid me, I admit that). Here's the discussion:

The reason I'm reporting this is because he's annoying myself and one of the other players on the server. Also I have a medical problem that a few of the admins know that is triggered easily by these nukes. Least he could've done is told us he's using nukes and warned us so I have a chance to disconnect and not end up in the hospital. Anyway, his SteamID is below in bold and underlined. Do what you want sir.

Whether he actually crashed it or not doesnt matter, just the intent to crash it is enough for me to ban him. Thanks.
