How did you enable scripting?

Hello i am -[KFS]- killjoy i love the server but i would like to know how you made it so scripts can be used. I also have a server that i want to make for scripting but i dont know how to make it so people can use their scripts.Can anyone help me?

sv_cheats 1

Edit: That will allow cheat usage for server owners but as for enabling it for all other players... you will have to figure that out.

what im sorry i looked at the server commands and cvars and idk what im looking for. i know you have to enable sv_cheats but their has to be something else im missing

now to enable scripting for other players you'll have to make a server plugin.
what it has to do is automatically disable autokick on join... this should give them ent_fire access.
