Okay, so I made the mistake of going on the "4chan partyvan" TF2 server, and now I have like 20 porn textures when I open up hammer. How the fuck do I get rid of them?? Or how do I disable "3rd party" textures?

Check in ur hl2mp/materials folder for them. Hammer should give you the location of the files in the texture browser.

he said that's a tf2 server so it would be X:/Steam/steamapps/username/team fortress 2/tf/materials
