I am a GR member...i waited 2 year and...Can i Be Admin??

Hi i am a GR ember and i have a question...Can i be admin?
i have all requisit or requirement :
1) Member of the Gravity Riders [GR] Clan.
2) Registered member of this forum.
3) Active player on the server (Stats such as in-game time will be checked).
4) Must be at least 15 years old.
5) Must be an advanced builder and/or HL2:DM scripter.
6) Should have a microphone.
i am 17 years old and i am a good player,i have good cheats and script...i have a good score in rp coop and dm...i have a medal in a Rp for have helped more man to understaind how to play i am a good man,i am a angel with the poor and mini people and a with the bad man...i know mor man if wont to crash the server and fuck it but! when i have admin power i can lock he,and the server return to ther peace and at the build please give me admin power because i wated 23 years and i am a good player a good man and a good admin (when i have it) Byeeeee

It impossible to become admin without knowing information such as your steamID (which you can get from the ranklist or in game by typing "status" in console).
