Mymessage doesn't appear

When I look at another player, he top left mymessage text doesn't show up for me, anything I can do to fix?

i think theres a cvar set up where u can toggle that feature on/off. Let me check the plugin again.

Edit: messagemode in console -- 0:off, 1:on
