[ƒ๒]iloveportalz0r (STEAM_0:1:25534829) should be permanently banned for the following reasons:

• Spamming Join Requests Once Banned
• Spamming over Mic
• Disrespecting other players
• Breaking things in deathrun maps on purpose
• Preventing certain traps to complete which disallow others to continue
• Banned previously, muted previously, multiple times - he just doesn't care about it. And continues doing it once its lifted.
• Mute evasion by rejoining server
• Spamming join requests when banned
• Speed Hacking
• Hacking in general

As a note, he is permanently banned on the Focal Point Build Server where i am admin at. Reason there is for mic spamming but i feel there has been more, perhaps reasons not even mentioned in the above list.
