Removing Mixed Reality Portal from the start menu

I was able to remove every single metro app that comes with Windows 10 Pro (version 1709) except for Mixed Reality Portal.

I find no use for it and I want to remove it or at the very least hide it from my start menu.

The problem is nothing I have found so far has worked and I keep searching.
  • I worked with the registry but none of the registry keys that the majority of websites I went to say to remove exist.
  • I tried a batch script I found but it has also failed, probably due to changes on the operating system between version 1703 and 1709.
  • I tried going in Settings but the category does not exist since this laptop does not meet the recommended requirements and trying to change the holographic registry key ends up up making that category appear in settings but with a glitched interface and I cannot proceed.
  • Going in C:/Windows/SystemApps and renaming the application's folder makes the application no longer start, which is ok, but does not remove the start menu entry.
  • I cannot right click on it and remove it.
  • In the Start menu folder, this entry does not exist.
  • I tried using AppLocker through Group Policies but to no avail.
So far, I am out of ideas and it seems Microsoft keeps on forcing applications that the majority of us does not want.

Any ideas?

Consider helping rather than answering stupidly as "Upgrade to Windows 7", "Why do you have Edge?", "Why don't you use Chrome or Firefox, or w/e?"

I tried this but the start menu icon remains. Apparently it is only a shortcut to the actual installer.
Regedit:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Holographic
Set "FirstRunSucceeded" to 1

Go to "Mixed Reality" in Settings and click uninstall on left.

I did have that particular registry key (and that was the only one related to Mixed Reality Portal) but while the icon in Settings appeared, the options inside of it resulted in gibberish or blank pages.

What kind of Windows version do you have when you type "winver" in a Run box?

All of this appears glitched (stretched text, non existent buttons, and so on...).
